At Tripjiyoo, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair, clear, and hassle-free for our travelers.

Cancellation by Traveler

If you choose to cancel your booking, the following refund structure will apply:

  • 30 days or more before departure – 90% refund
  • 15 to 29 days before departure – 50% refund
  • 7 to 14 days before departure – 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days before departure – No refund

Note: Cancellation charges may vary for specific trips depending on hotel, transport, or third-party policies.

Cancellation by Tripjiyoo

In rare situations where Tripjiyoo needs to cancel a trip due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, operational challenges, or insufficient bookings, travelers will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • An option to reschedule for a future trip

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking

Important Notes

  • Some bookings (e.g., flights, special deals, peak season reservations) may be non-refundable
  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations
  • Any applicable transaction or processing fees may be deducted
