In rare cases where we cancel a booking due to unavoidable circumstances, customers will be offered:

No-Show Policy

If a customer does not show up at the scheduled time without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

Changes & Modifications

  • Changes to bookings (date, destination, etc.) depend on availability.
  • Additional charges may apply for modifications.

As Tripjiyoo provides services (not physical products), returns are not applicable. This section applies only to cancellations and refunds of services.
